Task specific software appliances for Financial Information eXchange (FIX) Protocol. FIX is a messaging standard developed specifically for the real-time electronic exchange of securities transactions. FIX is a public-domain specification owned and maintained by FIX Protocol, Ltd. FIX use-cases include Drop Trade Consolidation, Indication of Interest Distribution and Exchange Gateway Routing.

FIX Appliances *

    • Drop Trade Consolidator

      The Drop Trade Consolidator (DTC) manages your connections to any number of counterparties for the purpose of accepting FIX execution reports.It then consolidates those fill reports into a single message stream, and delivers them toa message queue ready for low latency polling by your software.

    • Indication of Interest Distributor

      The Indication of Interest (IOI) Distributor appliance collates a series of IOI or Advertisement messages (most likely from trading/sales workstations) onto a low-latency queue which are routed to trading counterparties (private counterparties, crossing desks, and customer networks)

    • Execution Gateway Router

      The Execution Gateway Router facilitates routing FIX messages (initial order messages and execution reports) between multiple trader workstations and private counterparties, crossing desks, private exchanges, and exchange trading networks.

  • The Simulation Desktop is a GUI virtual appliance used to test Cohesive Financial Technologies' AppliaNCE™ FIX Family Virtual Appliances. The Simulation Desktop is available prebuilt for download, select your desired virtualization format: Parallels | VMware.
